Col has exclusively practiced as a property lawyer since his admission in 1981 and specialises solely in Management Rights with particular interests in strata and community titles.

As a highly regarded legal practitioner, Col has significantly contributed to the Management Rights industry during the past 30 years, particularly in Queensland and New South Wales.

Col handles all aspects of a Management Rights transaction and acts for a variety of clients establishing, purchasing and selling Management Rights and also advises bodies corporate on strata related issues and disputes. Col’s extensive expertise means he can proactively advise when and how to best handle management rights to work effectively for individual scenarios. Col regularly travels across the country to visit his clients at their complexes.

Col highly values the relationship with his clients and other key industry professionals. He has acted for numerous people buying and selling management rights and regularly assists developers in establishing Management Rights in complexes.
In addition, Col is a Director and legal advisor of ARAMA National Inc, the pre-eminent organisation representing Resident Building Managers throughout Australia. He is also a regular columnist on strata issues in publications such as Resort News and Informer Magazine.
